warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

COUNTIES IN NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD
ADVISORY...
While some moderate rain continues in portions of this Warning, rain
rates have subsided substantially, and flood waters are expected to
gradually recede. However, lingering runoff may lead to delayed
impacts, and this Warning will be replaced with a Flood Advisory as
a result.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 100 PM CDT Monday for portions
of west central Illinois and northeast Missouri.
