  Southeastern McCormick County in central South Carolina...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 247 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Grovetown, Evans, Martinez, Riverwood, Evans Towne Center Park, 
  Riverside Park, Evans Medical Center, Woodbridge, Fury's Ferry 
  Boat Ramp, German Island, River Island, Blanchard Woods Park, 
  Westport, Blanchard Park, Westmont, Forks Campground, Windy Ridge 
  Estates, Stevens Creek Public Park, Ninety Nine Islands and 
  Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

This includes Interstate 20 in Georgia between mile markers 187 and 
194.
