.The creek was rising this morning and with another inch of rainfall 
falling this morning, minor flooding is now expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
