  mph will transport recently fallen snow into roadways and reduce
  visibility.

* WHERE...Thompson Pass and Keystone Canyon.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Wednesday to 3 PM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below
  zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 
  minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard conditions in Valdez are also
  possible with strong winds transporting freshly fallen snow.
