  Northeastern Marshall County in northeastern South Dakota...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 756 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles east of Kidder, or 11 miles northeast of
  Britton, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Hillhead around 800 PM CDT.
  Veblen Flats Housing around 805 PM CDT.
  Veblen around 810 PM CDT.

NORTHWESTERN ROBERTS AND NORTHEASTERN MARSHALL COUNTIES...

At 805 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Hillhead, or 7 miles northwest of Veblen, moving
east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN ROBERTS AND NORTHEASTERN
MARSHALL COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 830 PM CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, heavy
rain is still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northeastern
South Dakota.
