* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs from 
  Marysville to Tuttle Creek Lake.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 26.2 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
