* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Coastal Franklin County.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Saint George Island Bridge weatherstem 
  has been frequently gusting to around 40 mph late tonight with 
  Bald Point weatherflow station reporting similar results earlier.
