NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF RADFORD... At 1107 AM EST, radar indicated showers were located along a line extending from near Mc Donalds Mill to Pulaski. Movement was east at 50 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these showers. Locations impacted include... Blacksburg... Christiansburg... Radford... Pulaski... Dublin... Boones Mill... and Pilot. Locally heavy rain will quickly reduce visibility and result in ponding of water on roadways, standing water in low lying areas, and minor flooding of creeks, streams, and areas of poor drainage.
