  heavy rain over the Decker Burn Scar. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the warning area will cause mud slides near 
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation 
and other loose materials.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding in and around the Decker Burn
           Scar.

UNTIL 645 PM MDT THIS EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN CHAFFEE, WESTERN 
FREMONT AND NORTHEASTERN SAGUACHE COUNTIES...

At 441 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicates the strong thunderstorms that 
produced heavy rainfall over the Decker Burn Scar have moved to the 
east. Radar estimates of between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have 
fallen in a short period of time. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
expected to begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the warning area could cause mud slides near 
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation 
and other loose materials.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding in and around the Decker Burn Scar.
