Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
* Until 1245 PM EST.
* At 1154 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from near Cochranville to Rock Springs, moving east at 40
mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
up to 35 mph.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.
