forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Open adjacent land next to the creek floods.
  At 10.0 feet, The intersections of Creek Road and Route 926 near 
  Pocopson floods upstream of Chadds Ford.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 5.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning
    to 9.3 feet this morning. It may briefly fall below flood
    stage by mid day before it is likely to start rising again.
    It will rise above flood stage again just after midnight
    tonight and continue to rise to 9.6 feet Saturday morning. It
    is expected to fall below flood stage later on Saturday.
