...The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a Flood 
Warning for the following rivers in Delaware...

  Red Clay Creek At Wooddale affecting New Castle County.

For the Red Clay Creek...including Wooddale...Moderate flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

* WHEN...From this evening to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 5.5 feet, Flooding begins in adjacent open fields.
  At 7.5 feet, Barley Mill Road begins to flood. Brandywine Springs 
  Park floods.
  At 8.5 feet, Flooding begins near Old Capital Trail and Newport Road.
  At 10.0 feet, West Rolling Mill Road floods. Creek Road between 
  Pyles Ford Road and Way Road is closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 PM EDT Thursday was 7.5 feet.
