Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
* Until 215 AM EDT.
* At 1114 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of
1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

MORNING FOR NORTHERN NEW CASTLE AND SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...
At 1246 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain have mostly moved out of the
warned area. However, it will take some time for waters to recede.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
