* At 559 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

EVENING FOR NORTHWESTERN BURLINGTON, SOUTHEASTERN BUCKS, 
SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY AND PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 637 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding 
occurring along Route 130 between Willingboro and Burlington in New 
Jersey. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional 
rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. 
Flash flooding is already occurring.
