* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Pennsylvania, including the 
  following county, Bucks.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 142 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
    is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - For Neshaminy Creek at Penns Park:
    At 1:15am the stage was 18.13 feet.
    Flood Stage is 13 feet.

    At 12:45am the stage was 9.07 feet.
