* Until 545 PM CDT.
* At 518 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles southeast of Comfrey, or 20 miles northeast of
Windom, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

was located near St. James, or 21 miles southwest of New Ulm, moving
southeast at 25 mph.
