* At 839 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain approaching the warned area. The expected rainfall rate
is 0.75 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to
1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen across Watonwan County. Additional rainfall amounts of 1
to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

counties.
