* At 341 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 4 miles south of Shubuta, or 8 miles north of
  Waynesboro, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

At 400 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles south of Crandall, or 14 miles northeast of
Waynesboro, moving northeast at 30 mph.
