rain across the warned area. At 6:00 PM CDT, a National Weather 
Service employee reported street flooding at Billy Hext and Hwy 
191.  The expected rainfall rate is 3 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
