The National Weather Service in Key West has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Lower Keys in Monroe County in Florida...

* Until noon EDT.

* At 1135 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Upper Sugarloaf Key, or 8 miles west of
  Niles Channel Bridge, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Niles Channel Bridge, Summerland Key, Upper Sugarloaf Key, Cudjoe 
  Key, Ramrod Key, and Big Torch Key around 1140 AM EDT.
  Little Palm Island Resort, Middle Torch Key, Little Torch Key, and 
  Big Pine Key around 1145 AM EDT.
  Spanish Harbor Channel Bridge around 1150 AM EDT.
  Bahia Honda Channel Bridge and Bahia Honda Key around 1155 AM EDT.
