...HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH
LATE TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents expected.

* WHERE...East facing reefs of the Marianas.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away 
  from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Building trade swell from a trade-wind surge to
  the east will build surf along east facing reefs and cause the 
  risk of rip currents to become high. The trade-wind surge is 
  expected to weaken around midweek, allowing the trade swell and 
  surf to slowly diminish and allowing the risk of rip currents to 
  become moderate.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.

  causing the risk of rip currents to become high. The trade- 
  wind surge is expected to weaken around midweek, allowing the 
  trade swell and surf to slowly diminish, and allowing the risk 
  of rip currents to become moderate.

...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK IS NO LONGER EXPECTED...

The easterly trade swell has begun to ease, allowing the risk of 
rip currents to drop to moderate along east facing reefs. Seas and 
surf look to come back up this weekend, however, as the next 
trade-wind surge builds east of the Marianas, and a high rip current
risk may return.
