The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Pembina County in northeastern North Dakota...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 539 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Hensel, or 22 miles north of Grafton, moving east
  at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cavalier, Drayton, St. Thomas, Hensel, Glasston, and Bowesmont.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 186 and 201.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN PEMBINA COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However, small hail is
still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northwestern Minnesota...and northeastern North Dakota.

Remember, a Tornado Warning still remains in effect for northern 
Pembina county until 630 pm.
