have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

At 1159 AM EDT, radar and gauges indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Canton, Massillon, Green, North Canton, Meyers Lake, Hills And
Dales, Greentown, Perry Heights and Uniontown.
At 1115 AM, the public reported several flooded streets in Jackson
Townwhip. At 1130 AM, the stream gauge along Zimber Ditch in North
Canton reported a stage of 8.9 feet and rising. Flood stage is 9.5
feet.
