* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, south winds 30 to 40 mph with
  gusts up to 60 mph. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 25 to 30
  mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Osage, Washington OK, Nowata, Craig and Ottawa 
  Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 1 AM CDT Thursday. For 
  the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts of 
  58 mph or more will lead to property damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong and potentially damaging winds will
  impact parts of northeast Oklahoma near the Kansas border
  through 1 AM.
