tornado was located near Roby, moving south at 30 mph. This storm
also has the potential of producing wind in excess of 70 mph.

At 1113 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Sylvester, moving south at 30 mph. This storm
produced a wind gust of 95 mph a few minutes ago in Rotan. This
storm has the potential of producing up to 100 mph winds as it
continues south southeast.
HAZARD...Tornado and softball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
