* At 617 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Clinton, or 9 miles west of Delavan, moving
  southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud near Hwy 14.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located near Darien, or 7 miles west of Delavan, moving southeast
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

         Darien.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
