The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Naguabo County in Puerto Rico...

* Until 615 PM AST.

* At 305 PM AST, Emergency management reported flooding along 
  several areas in the municipality of Naguabo. In addition, the Rio 
  Blanco USGS gauge indicated the river out of its bank. Between 1 
  and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 
  to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

EVENING FOR NAGUABO COUNTY...

At 513 PM AST, USGS river sensors still showing the Rio Blanco in 
Naguabo out of its bank. It is producing flooding along Road 
PR-31/191. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by surges of water.

SOURCE...Gauges reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
