  tornado was located over Frankfort, moving northeast at 70 mph.

was located 11 miles northeast of Frankfort, moving northeast at 70
mph.

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
