  Southwestern McLean County in central Illinois...

* Until 100 PM CDT.
    
* At 1236 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over McLean, or 14 miles southwest of
  Bloomington, moving east at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Heyworth around 1245 PM CDT.
  Downs around 1250 PM CDT.

At 1249 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Heyworth, or 9 miles south of Bloomington, moving
east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
