The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Scott County in west central Illinois...
  Central Morgan County in west central Illinois...

* Until 230 PM CDT.
    
* At 158 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Winchester, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Murrayville around 215 PM CDT.
