  Northeastern Delaware County in central Ohio...

* Until 245 AM EDT.
    
* At 214 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Ashley, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sunbury, Ashley, Interstate 71 at US Route 36/State Route 37,
  Kilbourne, Leonardsburg and Olive Green.

This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 130 and 138.
