  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing 
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN AND EASTERN OXFORD COUNTIES...

At 559 PM EDT, state highway department reported flash flooding in 
Jay, Beans Corner, Farmington, and vicinity. Between 2 and 4.5 
inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...State highway department, radar, automated gauges.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Farmington, Jay, Livermore Falls, Dixfield, Canton, Wilton, 
  Livermore, Chesterville, Vienna and New Sharon.

Thunderstorms with very heavy rain will continue to train over the 
warning locations. This may result in low visibility, masking 
flooded roadways.

  and Farmington. Up to 5.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
  flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Farmington, Jay, Livermore Falls, Dixfield, Canton, Wilton,
