  24 to 29 feet.

* WHERE...Pt St George to Cape Mendocino 10 to 60 nm.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

  the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts 
  to 30 kt and seas 8 to 13 feet.
