Similar to the last several days, thunder activity will most likely start off over the Sacramento valley foothills and move northwest towards the coast through the afternoon. * OUTFLOW WINDS...Erratic guts up to 50 mph. * IMPACTS...Increased risk of new starts alongside rapid spread and extreme fire behavior.
