* At 354 AM CDT, Trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 
  inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 
  inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  producing heavy rain in Blountsville and Oneonta, with water 
  rescues ongoing in the City of Oneonta. Several roadways are 
  impassible in Oneonta. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. 
  The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional 
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. 
  Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.
