heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen across far southeast Alcona and northeast Iosco county
including around the Oscoda area since 3pm. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN ALCONA AND NORTHEASTERN IOSCO COUNTIES...
At 559 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen across far southeast Alcona and northeast Iosco counties
between 3 and 6pm. Rainfall of 2.35 inches in 2 hours occurred in
Oscoda.
Occasional showers and thunderstorms will move across the warned
area through 8pm...with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch
possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
