Wind gusts began to diminish shortly after sunset and will continue 
to decrease during the overnight period. Widespread gusts in excess 
of 40 mph are not expected to continue; but spotty isolated gusts 
may occur intermittently throughout the evening, especially in areas 
of higher terrain. As the threat of widespread wind gusts in excess 
of 40 mph has diminished, the Wind Advisory will be allowed to expire
on schedule.
