CENTRAL PUSHMATAHA AND EASTERN CHOCTAW COUNTIES...
    
At 453 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation
that could produce a tornado at any time was located 5 miles 
southeast of Hugo, moving northeast at 40 mph. This storm has a 
history of producing tornadoes in Lamar County Texas.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
