...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of eastern Osage and
central Pawnee Counties through 300 AM CDT...

At 207 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from 7 miles west of Elgin to 5 miles northwest of
Pawhuska to 4 miles east of Blackburn. Movement was northeast at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow 
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects 
         is possible.
