  Southwestern Panola County in northeastern Texas...
  Southeastern Rusk County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 315 PM CDT.
    
* At 227 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Minden, or 13 miles southeast of Henderson, moving
  east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Panola and southeastern Rusk Counties, including the
  following locations... Dotson.
