The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  South central Kiowa County in southeastern Colorado...

* Until 600 PM MDT.
    
* At 523 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 9 miles southeast of Haswell, or 30 miles northwest of
  Lamar, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sweetwater Reservoir and Neegronda Reservoir.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM MDT FOR SOUTH
CENTRAL KIOWA COUNTY...
    
At 537 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 10 miles west of Sweetwater Reservoir, or 25 miles
northwest of Lamar, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Neegronda Reservoir and Sweetwater Reservoir.
