* At 1137 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain over the Spring Burn Scar. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the warning area will cause mud slides near 
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation 
and other loose materials.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding in and around the Spring Burn

At 1201 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain over the Spring Burn Scar. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain 
has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. 
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the warning area will cause mud slides near 
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation 
and other loose materials.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding in and around the Spring Burn Scar.

At 1243 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain over the Spring Burn Scar. Between 0.5 and 1.3 inches of 
rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.1 to 0.3 inches in 
1 hour. Thunderstorm activity has weakened, and rainfall rates have 
lessened. However light to moderate will likely continue this 
afternoon, continuing the flash flooding risk. Flash flooding is 
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the warning area may cause mud slides near 
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation 
and other loose materials.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding in and around the Spring Burn Scar.
