* At 219 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Viola, or 10 miles south of Dover, moving
  northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Dover, Bowers, Dover Base Housing, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Rising Sun,
  Frederica, Magnolia, Riverview and Woodside East.

was located over Bowers, or 7 miles southeast of Dover, moving
northeast at 45 mph.
