At 535 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Emmaus to near Perkasie to near Collegeville,
moving east at 40 mph. The strongest winds may occur ahead of any
rain. The most intense storm is moving into upper Bucks County from
upper Montgomery County.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. Downed trees and power lines have
been reported along parts of this line of storms in Berks
and Montgomery counties.
IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.
