  At 8.0 feet, Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 5.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 7.5 feet. It will then fall below
    flood stage this afternoon.
