  North central Goodhue County in southeastern Minnesota...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 806 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located near
  Welch, or 10 miles west of Red Wing, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 
           damage is likely.

CENTRAL GOODHUE COUNTY...

At 815 PM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located 6 miles
north of Welch, or 8 miles northwest of Red Wing, moving northeast at
55 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
north central Goodhue County.
