For the Fish River...including Silverhill...Moderate flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* At 5:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.5 feet 
  this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this 
  evening.
* Impact...At 13.7 feet, water is on the lower floor of houses along 
  River Road Extension.
