Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Wind gusts along the Overseas Highway will be highest on bridges and overpasses. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Motorists should be alert for sudden gusts of wind, especially on bridges, which may cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Use extra caution.
