* At 346 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Saturated soils from previous rainfall combined with 
  the current rainfall could cause flash flooding over the area.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
           Mudslides are also expected.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM AST THIS 
EVENING FOR BAYAMON, CAROLINA, CATANO, GUAYNABO, SAN JUAN AND 
TRUJILLO ALTO...

At 523 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned 
area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional 
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. 
Flash flooding is ongoing. USGS River sensors indicate that the Rio 
Bayamon is currently about 1 foot above its flood stage. Several 
mudslides have been reported.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding, river flooding and
         mudslides.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
         Mudslides are also expected.
