  East central Putnam County in west central Ohio...

* Until 545 PM EDT.
    
* At 527 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Pandora, or near Ottawa, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  east central Putnam County.

At 535 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Rawson, or 7 miles north of Bluffton, moving east at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
